Paris / Maribor, 12 January 2022 – Europ Assistance (“EA”), a subsidiary of the Generali Group, today announced the acquisition of Slovenia-based company Call 365.
Call 365 has been operating as Europ Assistance exclusive partner in Slovenia for 3 years, providing roadside and travel assistance services to Slovenian customers and travelers to Slovenia. The company now renamed EA Slovenia will support EA Group’s growth strategy in the country, on its traditional travel and roadside assistance businesses and also in personal assistance, thanks to the synergies with other regional Europ Assistance entities, and alongside with Generali Slovenia, one of the leaders in the market since Generali acquired Adriatic Slovenica in 2019.
From 3rd January 2022, Damijan Andjelkovic will be appointed CEO of EA Slovenia, reporting to CEO of EA Austria and Switzerland. Damijan Andjelkovic, 50, has a wide experience in sales, customer relationship and operations he acquired in local motor and insurance sectors.
