Europ Assistance is dedicated to fighting stereotypes and biases towards disability.
During our recent ThinkAbility Week, 12,000 employees from around the world came together to explore and embrace this vital cause.
In Milan, Italy, our teams participated in “A journey in the dark” at the Institute of the Blind, a unique experience that sparked a global reflection on workspace accessibility.
In France, employees screened and discussed a film about “invisible disabilities”, as well as enjoyed a large-scale sports event, playing alongside French para-athletes Alexis Bellanger and Benjamin Lacroix-Desmazes.
In Germany, Europ Assistance kicked off a challenge with Jakob Klinge, a para-cyclist supported by the group, encouraging employees to commute by bike. An excellent way to promote regular physical activity for everyone.
And that’s not all! Because each country in our group is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, we organized many other friendly activities across our offices in Austria, USA, Belgium, Spain, Thailand, and Portugal.
Regardless of location or language spoken, we share a common goal: to implement a policy and foster behaviors that truly celebrate diversity!
